The SVN| J. Beard Real Estate Company, LP, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to become part of our commercial real estate team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, mixed‑use, etc.), attract tenants and buyers, support leasing and sales teams, and enhance the overall brand visibility of the commercial real estate portfolio.

This position combines strategic planning, digital and traditional marketing, content creation, market research, and collaboration with leasing, development, sales and property management teams. The goal is to drive occupancy, generate qualified leads, support property positioning, and contribute to revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage marketing team in organizing various projects, meetings, concepts, and events.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for existing commercial properties, new developments, and leasing/sales initiatives, and business development/prospecting.

Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, property flyers, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and digital content.

Oversee digital marketing efforts: SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, and online listings on platforms like LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, Commgate etc.

Coordinate with in‑house research team to position properties effectively and identify target audiences (tenants, investors, brokers).

Manage brand consistency across all channels and materials.

Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics (leads generated, website traffic, engagement rates, ROI) and prepare reports for leadership.

Collaborate with external partners such as creative agencies, photographers, videographers, CGI firms, PR teams, and media outlets.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective execution.

Stay current with CRE market trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

7–10 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for commercial real estate and property management.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.

Technical & Professional Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, social platforms, email platforms).

Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Landvision) or ability to direct designers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive property storytelling and copywriting.

Strong knowledge of CRM’s and database management.

Understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals (leasing, tenant types, market dynamics).

Project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple properties and deadlines.

Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and data‑driven decision making.
