Sales Rep For The Murfreesboro, TN Costco
We are looking for motivated, energetic sales professionals to promote Qunol & Zena nutritional supplements at Costco. This role offers a flexible schedule and high earning potential.

Compensation:

Starting at $22 - $25/hr + commission based on exceeding sale quotas

W-2 Employment

Provided promotional kit and bi-weekly direct deposit paycheck

Average earnings: $200-$300 per day; top ambassadors earn $500+ per day

Bonus Payout:

Additional 3 hours credit when Costco is open and customers purchase our products.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.

Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.

Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.

Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Must be able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table from parking to store and back at shift end (table weighs ~20 lbs). Also carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.

Ability to stand for 7 hours.

Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

Requirements:

Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Experience with direct sales.

Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.
