Position Overview
AV & Collaboration Technologies Lead – Stamford, CT or NYC, NY. Reports to SVP, Service Delivery Department. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining TKO’s video conferencing solutions ensuring seamless meeting experiences for executives and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain video conferencing solutions across TKO Group.
Manage and troubleshoot major conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, GoToMeeting, and others.
Oversee video conferencing equipment such as Cisco, Poly, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and related AV infrastructure.
Provide high‑touch support and training for C‑Suite and senior executives.
Develop and maintain documentation for all video conferencing systems, configurations, and processes.
Coordinate and execute AV system upgrades, installations and routine maintenance.
Monitor system health, proactively identify and resolve technical issues, and escalade as necessary.
Collaborate with IT and facilities teams on AV and conference projects and room optimizations.
Participate in evaluation and selection of new collaboration technologies and vendors.
Provide on‑call and escalation support for business‑critical meetings.
Qualifications
6+ years hands‑on AV support and installation experience.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, GoToMeeting, and similar platforms.
In‑depth knowledge of video‑conferencing hardware (Cisco, Poly, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
Proven ability to support senior executives with a customer‑focused, professional approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for complex AV systems under pressure.
Experience with mobile device integration and collaboration tools is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects independently.
Strong customer service orientation and white‑glove support mindset.
Experience with meeting‑room scheduling, AV automation, and networked AV solutions preferred.
Relevant industry certifications (CTS, Microsoft, Cisco, Poly, AVIXA) preferred.
College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Occasional travel and on‑call escalation support required.

Compensation and Benefits
Hiring Rate Minimum: $75,000 annually. Hiring Rate Maximum: $100,000 annually. Benefits include health care, retirement, vacation, paid time off, and additional offerings as part of local competitive rewards packages.
