Summary
The Style Advisor engages customers on the sales floor, offering personalized styling and product guidance. They educate clients on fit, construction, and styling of ready-to-wear and custom-made garments while working to achieve personal and store sales metrics. The role also involves building long-term client relationships and maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
Responsibilities
Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product knowledge and selling skills
Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
Practice professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales goals and metrics
Build client loyalty through personalized service and relationship development
Maintain attractive merchandise presentation and adhere to visual guidelines
Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
Genuine interest in fashion and styling
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
