Job Summary
Embrace is seeking an

Organic Search & Content Strategy Manager

to lead the evolution of our search presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms. This role will be responsible for driving organic growth through a holistic approach that includes Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The leader will own the organic search roadmap, manage and develop talent, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure Embrace content is discoverable, authoritative, and optimized for both human users and AI‑powered experiences. The role will also oversee and manage external SEO agencies and strategic partners to ensure alignment, performance, and accountability.

Main Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership

Develop and lead the organic search strategy across SEO, AEO, and GEO to drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth

Manage and mentor internal resources and/or agency partners

Own relationships with external SEO agencies and partners, including scope, performance, and optimization of spend

Define KPIs and success metrics aligned to business goals

Partner with leadership to align organic strategy with broader marketing initiatives

SEO & Technical Optimization

Oversee keyword strategy evolution to include intent‑based and conversational search

Lead technical SEO efforts including site architecture and schema

Ensure best practices across metadata, internal linking, and indexation

Content Strategy (SEO, AEO, GEO)

Guide development of content optimized for both traditional search and AI‑driven platforms

Partner with content teams to create structured, authoritative content

Drive strategies for featured snippets and zero‑click results

Align content with E‑E‑A‑T principles

AEO & GEO Innovation

Optimize content for answer engines and AI summaries

Improve brand visibility in generative AI outputs

Monitor how content is surfaced across AI platforms

Analytics & Performance

Own reporting across organic channels

Analyze performance across traditional and AI‑driven search

Identify optimization opportunities

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Engineering, Paid Media, and Partnerships teams

Ensure alignment with brand and messaging

Stay ahead of SEO, AI, and search trends

Educate stakeholders on evolving search landscape

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

8+ years of SEO experience

Proven track record of driving organic growth

Strong understanding of technical SEO and analytics

Experience managing SEO agencies or external partners

Familiarity with AEO and GEO concepts

Experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console

Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in DTC or insurance

Knowledge of structured data/schema

Experience managing agencies

Adaptability to evolving AI/search technologies
