Territory Sales Executive - Northern Michigan area of Great Lakes Region

Position Summary

We are hiring for a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) in the Northern Michigan area of the Great Lakes Region.
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will sell CVS/specialty pharmacy services to key physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions. You will specialize in Oncology, IVIG, Pulmonary Hypertension / IPF, Autoimmune, HAE, and Alpha‑1, serving as the primary contact for providers within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities

Formulate and execute effective marketing plans in the territory.
Support patients with chronic illnesses by delivering competitive pharmacy services.
Achieve sales goals and maintain client satisfaction metrics.
Coordinate closely with Inside Sales Representatives to drive business forward.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales.
Valid and current driver’s license.
Own a reliable personal vehicle that meets job requirements and is properly insured.
Reside within the territory and be willing to travel up to ~50% and overnight as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital pharmacy or a specialty division.
Experience with complex disease states.
Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Employment Details

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
Typical pay range: $75,500 – $158,304 annually (base salary).
