Accounts Specialist

Location: Remote
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually plus competitive variable.

About the Role
As a SprintRay Account Specialist, you will serve as a key external-facing partner to our customers, responsible for driving ongoing engagement, retention, and revenue growth across SprintRay’s ecosystem of consumables, accessories, and services.
This role blends account management and sales execution, with a strong emphasis on building relationships, identifying workflow expansion opportunities, and translating SprintRay’s internal capabilities into simple, valuable solutions for customers.
You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts and inbound leads, guiding providers through their digital dentistry journey while driving recurring revenue and adoption of new products and workflows. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success (DSS), and Channel partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Growth
Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact for ongoing engagement and growth

Build strong relationships with dental practices, labs, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and business goals

Identify and drive workflow expansion opportunities, positioning SprintRay solutions as value-added enhancements

Guide customers through new product adoption, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing usage

Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
Drive recurring revenue through consumables, accessories, and service offerings

Convert inbound web and marketing leads into active customers and repeat buyers

Deliver virtual presentations and product demonstrations to educate and influence customers

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Channel & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with channel partners to co-sell and expand customer accounts

Enable and coach partners on SprintRay workflows, materials, and services

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, DSS, Equipment Sales, Guru team) to deliver cohesive customer solutions

Act as the bridge between internal operations and external customer needs, simplifying complex workflows into clear value propositions

Customer Experience & Support
Proactively address customer questions, objections, and implementation challenges

Leverage internal support teams to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Pipeline Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM

Track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and report on performance metrics

Provide regular updates to leadership on account activity, trends, and opportunities

Market Engagement
Participate in regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

Key Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles

Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue within existing accounts

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers

Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

Willingness to travel and support events as needed

PreferredQualifications
Experience in dental, medical device, or technology-driven industries

Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling
