Selling Advisor- Fine Apparel

Job Summary

The Selling Advisor will cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, serving both in‑store and digital clients. This role reports to the Sales Manager and requires use of technology for outreach and sales.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a customer‑centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales through technology and wardrobe offers.
Showcase products differently based on remote or in‑person clients.
Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell using omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe goals.
Strategize own business to increase productivity through wardrobe, outreach, and technology usage.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
Required Qualifications

Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Knowledge of styling, fashion, and fashion retail.
Commission sales experience.
High School Diploma or equivalency.
Flexible work schedule.
Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is between

$12.00

and

$17.00

per hour, depending on market, experience, and other qualifications.
