Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Monitor advertising performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation
Create audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion‑focused advertising campaigns
Manage advertising budgets and track campaign spending
Oversee and support a small marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and accountability
Delegate projects and ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives
Foster collaboration between team members, vendors, and company leadership
Assist in developing marketing processes, workflows, and campaign strategies
Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Build and optimize automated email workflows and customer nurture campaigns
Monitor open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions to improve campaign performance
Maintain email lists and CRM segmentation
Oversee website updates, functionality, content, and user experience
Improve website SEO, conversion rates, and lead capture strategies
Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to maintain branding consistency
Analyze website traffic and user behavior through analytics tools
Assist with digital content creation including graphics, promotional materials, blogs, and social media campaigns
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
Support company promotions, launches, events, and marketing initiatives
Track KPIs including lead generation, website traffic, ad performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations
Use data insights to guide marketing decisions and strategy improvements
Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Exceptional guest service skills required.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related role
Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and website management tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and creative problem‑solving abilities
Graphic design and content creation experience is a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington state.
Valid driver’s license
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement daily with sedentary work, occasional bending and crouching. This position requires being outside in different weather conditions for some of the events and employee is exposed to tobacco smoke on a regular basis. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week work operation.
