Summary
The Client Advisor is a retail brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales targets by deepening client relationships and delivering elevated, personalized service both in-store and remotely. The role focuses on expert product knowledge, styling advice, recruiting and developing a client base, and maximizing selling opportunities. The position also supports store operations including POS transactions, stock maintenance, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage clients to build strong, lasting relationships and deliver personalized experiences.

Drive individual and store sales through effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.

Promote and conduct virtual appointments and distance sales to expand client opportunities.

Use in-store technology to capture client information and ensure a smooth client journey.

Provide styling advice and product storytelling based on deep product and trend knowledge.

Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance, inventories, and POS transactions.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to loss prevention and grooming policies.

Attend trainings to stay current on products, trends, and selling techniques.

Requirements

2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of achieving results.

Strong commercial awareness, client-focused attitude, and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Excellent communication skills and professionalism with high ethics and integrity.

Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and collaborate with team members.
