Event Production Associate / Crew Member – Installations, Event Styling & Strikes (Minnetonka, MN)

As an Event Production Associate, you will handle warehouse preparation, on-site event setup, and teardown, working with our inventory of décor to transform venues into memorable spaces.
Schedule:

Typically Wednesday–Sunday, off Monday & Tuesday; full-time or part-time options available.
What You'll Do

Transform venues by installing décor according to client specifications
Set up tables, chairs, linens, backdrops, lighting, and other rental items
Arrange décor elements with attention to detail and aesthetic appeal
Execute floor plans and designs with precision
Strike events efficiently while ensuring proper inventory care
Warehouse Operations

Pull inventory for upcoming events based on order lists
Prepare and stage rental items for efficient loading
Participate in inventory counting and organization
Clean, maintain, and restore rental items post-event
Help maintain organized warehouse spaces
Transportation & Logistics

Load and unload trucks with proper care for inventory items
Assist with delivery and pickup to venues
Drive company vehicles when needed (with appropriate license)
Secure items properly for safe transport
Follow efficient delivery routes and timelines
Client & Team Interaction

Represent Festivities professionally at venues
Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals
Communicate with on-site contacts to ensure proper setup
Problem-solve unexpected challenges with a positive attitude
Support other team members in executing flawless events
What You'll Need

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Availability for flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and use good judgment
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of tools and assembly techniques
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred
