The Senior Digital Campaign Coordinator is pivotal in orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns across email, digital, and direct mail channels. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and internal teams. Collaborating with external partners is essential to facilitate the seamless execution and timely delivery of all campaign components. Your strategic thinking will drive meaningful results, moving beyond task execution to impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive campaign plans outlining timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
Facilitate coordination among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on roles.
Oversee task completion and transitions across internal and external teams.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with campaign specifications, including inputs, creative assets, and response data.
Address and resolve issues related to timing, quality, and performance, escalating when necessary.
Manage email campaigns that involve file handling, creative development, HTML coding, and testing with partners and clients.
Lead digital campaigns by leveraging various onboarders, transforming data, and distributing data files to partners for marketing and analytics purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or professional certification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interaction.
Proficiency in Acxiom platforms and a keen interest in digital technologies.
Highly organized and proactive with a proven record of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong prioritization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A solid understanding and enthusiasm for email and digital marketing applications.
Basic HTML knowledge and coding skills.
Familiarity with productivity tools like MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with project management software.
A good grasp of database management and structure.
A collaborative team player who recognizes when to lead and when to support others.
Willingness to work extended hours to meet deliverables deadlines.
Flexible multitasking capacity for various assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing.
Experience in email marketing.
Familiarity with onboarder platforms or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
