Requirements

2–3 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, B2B preferred
, Demonstrated success in a mixed inbound and outbound sales motion, including proactive cold prospecting
, Proven ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound outreach in addition to converting inbound or trial-based leads
, Strong ability to learn and adopt new platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
, Ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
, Experience operating in a high-velocity sales environment where speed-to-lead and responsiveness impact results
, Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance inbound demand and outbound pipeline creation
, Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

Togetherwork is seeking an Account Executive to expand our customer base by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value prospects. This role focuses on acquiring multi-location businesses, large national organizations, and Private Equity-backed companies
, You’ll play a key role in driving new logo growth through a proactive, consultative sales approach—leveraging outbound outreach, video meetings, and in-person engagements
, This is a high-impact opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in building relationships and closing complex deals
, Field inbound leads through website, webinars, trade shows
, Lead outreach and nurturing to assigned market
, Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges
eeds and effectively communicating
, Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization
, Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, scripts, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, Conduct phone and web-based sales presentations and product demos
, Use Salesforce to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
, Proactively manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle
, Travel to represent Smartwaiver and industry tradeshows (2-3 times per year)
