The company

Corston Architectural Detail was founded by a team of creative designers and engineers with a shared vision: to create high-quality, solid brass hardware, switches, outlets, and lighting that bring harmony and coordination from room to room.

We’ve grown quickly and seen huge success in our five years – launching in the UK, EU, UAE, and USA. Our US business and operations are expanding quickly, supported by a customer service and warehouse team in Chicago and a new showroom located in Manhattan at the New York Design Centre.

The role

We’re looking for a Product Technical Support Advisor with an electrical background to join our growing US team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and trade professionals, providing expert guidance on product selection, installation, and technical troubleshooting across our switches, outlets, hardware and lighting ranges.

You’ll combine strong technical understanding with a passion for customer experience - ensuring every interaction reflects Corston’s high standards of craftsmanship, precision, and service.
