Job Description
The College of Agricultural Sciences Marketing Unit is seeking a skilled part‑time graphic designer. The position will report to the art director and is primarily responsible for assisting with the production of templates for college and extension print and digital materials as well as supporting template end users.
Qualified candidates will be familiar with design best practices, digital and print production processes, social media trends, and must be highly proficient in Adobe Express and Illustrator on macOS. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills along with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines. Familiarity with building accessibility into digital documents is a plus.
Qualifications
Associated’s degree in graphic design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Highly proficient in Adobe Express and Adobe Illustrator on macOS.
Experience with digital and print production processes.
Understanding of social media trends and design best practices.
Organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Knowledge of building accessibility into digital documents (preferred).
Benefits & Work Details
This is a non-exempt hourly position offering a maximum of 24 hours per week and is eligible for fully remote work from select locations.
