Partner across External Communications and Public Relations (Media Relations, Reputation Management, Executive Visibility) and External Affairs teams (Community Relations, Philanthropy, EA Market Management) to align messaging
Manage communications for enterprise campaigns that include community engagement components
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution for local and national initiatives
Lead and manage outside agency support team.
Travel up to 25% to support market engagement and on-the-ground execution

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
Experience developing and executing communications strategies aligned to business objectives with exceptional writing and editing skills
Media relations experience, including building and managing media contacts
Experience working in complex, highly matrixed organizations
Project management experience, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), supporting high-quality content development, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration
Experience using media monitoring or distribution tools (e.g., Cision)
