What You Will Contribute to Cardinal Health:
As a Senior Account Management Specialist, you'll play a vital role in nurturing and strengthening ongoing customer relationships within assigned accounts. You will be dedicated to delivering exceptional service, assisting with billing inquiries, fulfilling service requests, and identifying areas for process improvements, all while exploring upselling opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage terms of Prime Vendor distribution contracts related to Supply Chain and Procurement, focusing on Fill Rates, Price Match, and days sales outstanding.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal Cardinal Health teams to ensure customers receive unparalleled service and that the supply chain operates efficiently.
Proactively manage customer expectations through regular account reviews, resolving issues promptly, and keeping customers informed about key initiatives.
Prevent order disruptions by addressing potential inventory challenges, maintaining substitution lists, reviewing core products, and overseeing standardization efforts.
Effectively communicate and coordinate Cardinal Health initiatives with customers as necessary.
Regularly track, measure, and report on Cardinal Health’s Key Performance Indicators.
Build and sustain long‑term trusted relationships with customers to ensure account retention.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
2-4 years of experience in customer management preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for building solid relationships are preferred.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed is preferred.

Anticipated Salary Range:
$57,000.00 - $81,600.00
