For more than 50 years, we have provided outdoor experiences through whitewater rafting, rail trail biking, and paintball. While each company offers unique activities, all three share a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences in the outdoors.

The Marketing Assistant role is responsible for producing and managing engaging multimedia content across all three companies, from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery. This includes informational short‑form content, social media, reels, etc. The ideal candidate is highly creative, self‑motivated, comfortable working outdoors, and passionate about storytelling through video and social media content.

Responsibilities

Produce informational and promotional videos for all activities

Create and manage high‑quality multimedia content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Capture and edit short‑form and medium‑form video content, including reels, social clips, and branded storytelling pieces.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting content strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions.

Collaborate with department managers to create hiring videos, featured product content, sponsored media, and other specialty projects.

Participate in company activities outside normal business hours as needed to capture content during events, peak activity periods, and special programs.

Maintain and organize video assets, footage libraries, and content calendars.

This is a hands‑on, outdoor‑focused role. Candidates should expect to spend approximately 30% of their time in the field capturing content on the river, bike trails, and paintball fields. The ability to plan content production months in advance, aligned with seasonal operations, is essential.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software

Strong videography and editing skills for short‑ and medium‑form content

Experience color grading LOG footage

Familiarity with audio/video recording equipment, including mirrorless cameras, action cameras, and lavalier microphones

Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends

Knowledge of technical specifications and best practices for major social media platforms, including formatting, dimensions, and optimal video lengths

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling and branding

Experience planning and managing content calendars

Ability to develop innovative and engaging content concepts that align with brand identity and target audiences.
