Our client is expanding its promotional events team and is seeking enthusiastic Promotional Events Representatives to help connect customers with products, services, and special offers through face-to-face engagement in retail locations across the Milwaukee area.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it suitable for recent graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to develop professional communication and sales skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with customers at promotional event locations

Introducing products, services, and current offers

Building rapport through friendly and professional conversations

Answering customer questions and providing information

Assisting with registrations and application processes where required

Supporting campaign objectives and team targets

Acting as a positive ambassador for the brands represented

Who We’re Looking For

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A positive, approachable attitude

Confidence interacting with a variety of people

Self‑motivation and a willingness to learn

Reliable and professional work ethic

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sports, or sales can be beneficial, but it is not required. Personality, attitude, and enthusiasm are valued just as highly.

What You’ll Get

Weekly pay

Base pay plus an uncapped commission structure

Average earnings of 800–1,150 per week
