Responsibilities

Execute appropriate selling behaviors consistently and professionally.
Consistently meet and exceed sales plans.
Establish and develop a clientele base (Remember, clientele is not a noun, it’s a verb).
Maintain and expand knowledge and expertise of the brands we offer (Product Knowledge).
Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events, and clienteling.
Perform ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary and Other Compensation:

Starting hourly rate between $16.50–$23.10 per hour, with factors such as market, skills, experience, and other qualifications influencing pay. Commission eligibility per the company’s plan.
