Work Environment:
This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration eight days a month, supporting connection with colleagues while enjoying flexibility in work arrangements.
What You'll Do:
Lead UX strategy for key Nursing initiatives across various portfolios.
Facilitate iterative discovery to continuously validate product value, usability, and feasibility.
Conduct visioning workshops to align teams on future-state experiences.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to ensure quality and feasibility.
Ensure insights from UX Research guide strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading in complex product environments.
Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive alignment among teams.
Expertise in user-centered product design with measurable outcomes.
Comfort in a hands-on role, particularly in early discovery phases.
Qualifications:
Background in healthcare, education, or regulated industries preferred.
Knowledge in accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience in AI-enabled product design is a plus.
Success Metrics:
UX is prioritized during product discovery and development.
Accessibility and usability are integral from the start.
UX is recognized as a key strategic partner.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role ranges from $128,900 to $226,050 USD, with additional bonuses available. Actual offers may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
