Compensation

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on Craftsman level).
Job Description

Ace Handyman Services Craftsman provides maintenance, repair, and improvement services for residential and commercial clients, delivering quality workmanship, strong customer service, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities

Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
Execute precise and detailed workmanship across a range of materials (wood, metal, ceramics, textiles) ensuring alignment with design requirements.
Select appropriate materials based on properties, durability, and aesthetic qualities.
Demonstrate proficiency with hand and power tools, maintaining them for safe operation.
Maintain a 4.5‑star average from customer reviews and deliver a great experience.
Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multiple trades.
Current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Own truck or van.
Experience in providing job estimates and billing (highly preferred).
Deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to become OSHA 10 certified within 90 days of employment.
Own required tools.
Pass background check and drug screen.
Proficient with technology; Service Titan is a plus.
Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs (≥15ft).
Lift a minimum of 50lbs unassisted.
Balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl as needed.
Have normal vision and depth perception for close and distance work.
Perform assignments with or without reasonable accommodation for a known disability.
Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shift with extended hours as needed and weekends as required.
