Commercial Lines Account Manager
Seeking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a commercial team.
Core Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day service for a portfolio of commercial lines accounts including renewals, endorsements, certificates, coverage reviews, and carrier communications
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering proactive, responsive, and consultative service
Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities; coordinate with producers on account rounding
Prepare renewal submissions, marketing summaries, and coverage comparison analyses
Participate in process improvement initiatives, including evaluating and implementing technology tools that improve efficiency and client experience
Collaborate with producers and agency leadership on middle-market account strategy
Document workflows and contribute to agency operating procedures and knowledge base
What We're Looking For
2+ years of commercial lines account management experience (agency-side preferred)
Active Ohio P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
AMS360 experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solver mindset: you see broken processes and want to fix them
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools
Self-directed with high attention to detail
