Through continued growth, we are adding to our team and actively seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Production Associate.
Job Description

A production associate is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of machinery used in the manufacture of pre‑moistened wipes and hand care products for the away‑from‑home market. The associate will be trained in the latest Current Valuable Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) related to the blending, mixing, processing, and packaging of a wide range of formulations used in wet wipes and hand care manufacturing.
cGMP Definition

cGMP refers to the Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations enforced by Health Canada, the FDA, and EPA. They provide a system that assures proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities. Adherence to the cGMP regulations assures the identity, strength, quality, and purity of drug products by requiring that manufacturers adequately control manufacturing operations. This includes establishing strong quality management systems, obtaining appropriate quality raw materials, establishing robust operating procedures, detecting and investigating product quality deviations, and maintaining reliable testing laboratories. This formal system of controls at a disinfectant manufacturing company, if adequately put into practice, helps to prevent instances of contamination, mix‑ups, deviations, failures, and errors. Employee training and qualification assures that all products meet rigorous quality standards.
