Account Manager, Digital Strategic Solutions
The Consumer Marketing group is responsible for audience development and subscription production across PubWorX clients. As Account Manager, Digital Strategic Solutions, you will work closely with the team lead to execute strategies that drive consumer revenue.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the marketing team in executing and launching all digital campaigns
Serve as primary client contact for all digital campaign execution matters
Manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate, on‑time, error‑free campaign execution
Ensure accurate implementation of all campaigns by building a strong quality assurance process
Improve vendor effectiveness through training, mentoring, and encouraging engagement of team members
Identify and implement solutions that improve speed to market and overall team efficiency
Interpret creative/technical specifications of promotions to build campaigns in online CMS
Provide frequent status updates to clients to communicate dependencies, risks, and general updates
Build and maintain effective communication between internal and external teams
Traffic digital campaigns through ad server
Provide ongoing administrative support on all marketing campaigns as needed
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong assessment of priorities and multi‑tasking ability
Proven project management experience
Organized, self‑directed, flexible, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Effective time‑management skills
Basic knowledge of HTML
Experience in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with data and online systems quickly and accurately
Interest in the media industry, consumer marketing, and digital strategies is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
