About Envorso Sports
Envorso Sports is building the next generation fan experience platform for professional sports teams.
Today, most teams run a fragmented technology stack — a website vendor, a ticketing provider, a separate mobile app, CRM tools, marketing automation, merchandise platforms, and game-day engagement solutions. The result is a disconnected fan journey and missed revenue opportunities.
We are changing that.
Envorso Sports is an AI-first, unified platform that helps teams operate their entire digital fan experience from one system:
Team website & content
Mobile app
Ticketing integration
Merchandise & commerce
Fan identity & CRM
Marketing automation
In-stadium and game-day engagement
AI-powered fan personalization
We believe professional sports organizations are about to undergo the same transformation that e-commerce and media experienced — from static digital presence to intelligent, personalized fan relationships. Envorso Sports is building the system that powers that shift.
Our platform is already live with the Seattle Seawolves of Major League Rugby, with expansion planned across the league and into additional professional sports organizations.
The Role
We are hiring a Product Manager to help build and scale the Envorso Sports platform.
This is not a backlog-maintenance role.
You will operate as a
founding product builder , working directly with team owners, front offices, marketers, and partners to shape both the product and the business. You will define problems, design solutions, and ship product — often in the same week.
You will own areas of the platform end-to-end, from customer discovery through launch and adoption. You will work closely with engineering, design, customers, and league partners to deliver experiences that materially improve fan engagement and team revenue. You will also help shape technical strategy and direction — ensuring the platform is built with an AI-native foundation and that the engineering team has clear, principled guidance on where the product is headed technically.
If you enjoy ambiguity, rapid iteration, and being close to customers — you will thrive here.
What You'll Do
Customer & Market
Work directly with team executives, marketing leaders, and operators to understand workflows and pain points
Spend time with customers on-site during games and events
Identify monetization and engagement opportunities across the fan lifecycle
Help develop product strategy and go-to-market motion
Product Building
Define product requirements and user experiences
Lead 0→1 product development and new feature launches
Prioritize roadmap based on real customer usage and business impact
Work closely with engineering and design in an agile shipping environment

Measure adoption, engagement, and revenue outcomes
AI-Native Experiences
Design differentiated AI-powered fan experiences (personalization, engagement, recommendations, automation)
Experiment rapidly and learn from real-world usage
Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical customer value
Champion an AI-native engineering mindset — encouraging the team to default to AI-first approaches in tooling, development workflows, and platform architecture
Business & Partnerships
Support onboarding of new teams and leagues
Collaborate with ticketing, commerce, and technology partners
Contribute to sales discussions and customer demos
Help shape pricing, packaging, and product positioning
What This Role Is (and Isn't)
