Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, personalized service and build lasting client relationships.
Drive sales and work to meet or exceed individual commission targets.
Maintain visual presentation, merchandising standards, and organized inventory on the sales floor.
Process transactions, handle returns, and assist with fitting room management as needed.
Requirements
1-2 years of retail or commission sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service focus.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday periods; flexible part-time schedule required.
Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
