Position Overview

We are currently growing our remote client services team and are seeking organized, service-focused individuals to join us as Booking Support Specialists. In this role, you'll help travelers coordinate trip arrangements, monitor booking details, and provide support throughout the planning process to help ensure a smooth and accurate experience.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working independently in a flexible work-from-home environment. Whether you have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or are looking to build new skills, complete training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel planning requests, scheduling needs, and vacation preferences
Coordinate reservations for hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and activities
Research travel availability, pricing, and package options using approved supplier systems
Review confirmations, reservation details, and itinerary schedules for accuracy
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
Support booking updates, itinerary modifications, and follow-up communication when required
Maintain accurate client records and organized documentation within internal systems
Stay updated on destination information, supplier offers, and travel promotions
Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and team development activities
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking and managing responsibilities independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with online tools, email platforms, and basic computer systems
Reliable internet access and professional communication habits
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
Interest in customer support, hospitality, administration, or travel coordination
Must be at least 18 years old
Applicants must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions
