As an Enterprise Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive marketing support to our Business Development/Marketing team. Your key responsibilities will involve crafting high-quality proposals, creating impactful presentations, and developing various marketing materials that contribute to our success.

FEC Marketing Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Specialist in the proposal and presentation process, including writing, editing content, designing layouts, and producing graphics and resumes.
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining the accuracy and quality of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Create engaging project description sheets and organizational charts.
Conduct local market research when needed to support marketing initiatives.
Participate in staff conferences and events to promote company visibility.
Help manage and maintain company information, marketing materials, and essential databases.
Compile, update, and organize Business Unit employee resumes.
Monitor and regularly prepare experience lists of employees for proposals.
Update reference lists and assist in preparing reference letters.
Maintain the inventory of visual assets and ensure they are organized and easily accessible.
Execute internal communications, including distributing periodic newsletters and updates.
Keep the master sales contact list updated.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a 4-year degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent education and experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated, capable of working independently and following directions accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential, along with familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Graphic Design.
Physical Demands:
This position requires typical physical capabilities such as sitting for extended periods, using hands for manipulation, reaching, and occasional standing or walking. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision and depth perception.
Work Environment:
Employees may encounter moving mechanical parts and be occasionally exposed to airborne particles or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
