Role Description
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a contract, on‑site role based in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for managing and growing The Kno’s affiliate and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new affiliates, managing existing partner relationships, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing affiliate offers and creatives. The specialist will coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to align affiliate campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand messaging. The role also involves monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending data‑informed strategies to improve ROI and expand program reach.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience running performance‑driven campaigns.

Hands‑on experience in Affiliate Marketing, including partner recruitment, program management, and optimization.

Marketing and brand‑building skills, with an understanding of consumer behavior and fashion/lifestyle markets.

Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for collaborating with partners, creators, and internal teams.

Proficiency with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).

Ability to interpret data, create concise performance reports, and propose actionable improvements.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, timelines, and deliverables.

Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or e‑commerce is preferred but not required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
