NC/VA Business Developer
About Us
Pureflow Inc. is looking for a professional highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across North Carolina and Virginia. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities. This includes generating leads, conducting market research, networking, and establishing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead Generation:
Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging business contacts.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service.
Brand Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, strengthening our brand presence and reputation in the market.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and ensure a seamless workflow across departments.
Reporting:
Track and report on business developments, sales pipeline, and KPIs to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a new office setting.
High level of professionalism and a customer‑first mentality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to travel as required for business meetings and events.
Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience working in the industry or a related sector.
