Talent Agent (Internship)*

Role Description

This is hybrid internship role for a Talent Agent located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Talent Agent Intern will assist with day-to-day talent management tasks, communicate with artists and clients, and contribute to talent sourcing and casting processes. The role involves engaging in customer service activities, sales efforts, and supporting talent development strategies while ensuring seamless collaboration across projects.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and sales
Knowledge or proven interest in talent management processes, including casting
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Interest in the creative arts or entertainment industry is a plus
