Sales & Estimating Coordinator: Proposals & Data

Sales and Estimating Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our Sales and Estimating teams. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.
What You’ll Do
Support Sales and Estimating with proposals, quote reviews, tracking, and reporting
Maintain key systems and data (Salesforce, labor rates, project lists, prequalifications)
Coordinate marketing efforts including branded materials, events, and presentations
Assist with website updates, content, and basic analytics
Manage documentation such as Statements of Qualifications and compliance records
Provide general administrative support (meeting minutes, timesheets, occasional travel, etc.)
Help maintain company records, licenses, and employee-related updates
What You Bring
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Solid communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce a plus)
Office experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
