Job Title: Talent Manager

Salary: $45,000-$55,000/year

Position Description

Identifying talent through recruitment sources, screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and providing career guidance and consulting.
Managing multiple job requirements for multiple clients and identifying the ideal candidate for each opportunity.
Possibly identifying new business opportunities using various sales strategies (emails, calls, etc.) subject to business needs.
Creating job postings, screening and interviewing candidates, short‑listing candidates, networking, and head‑hunting.
Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of recruitment or related experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.
Results‑driven and thriving in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
Post‑secondary education is a strong asset.
