Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as an E-Commerce Requirements Analyst, where you'll play a key role bridging business operations and information systems to deliver innovative solutions. This hybrid role involves collecting, analyzing, and translating business needs into detailed documentation and functional requirements that drive project success. Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to enhance processes, support systems development, and optimize digital strategies. Your expertise will help shape seamless eCommerce experiences and improve operational efficiency through agile methodologies and modern IT solutions.
Top Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of related experience or equivalent
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and business process analysis
Strong communication skills—excellent written and verbal articulation across all organizational levels
Ability to develop and implement IT solutions aligning with business requirements
Understanding of business intelligence concepts and data applications
Experience in capturing requirements, facilitating stakeholder sessions, and creating process models
Preferred: Certification in Product Ownership Analysis (IIBA-CPOA) or similar
