About Memoir Agency

Memoir Agency is a nationally recognized experiential entertainment company specializing in immersive environments, large‑scale live events, and seasonal productions. We create and operate our own ticketed experiences while also partnering with clients to design, produce, and execute unforgettable moments.
Our work spans concept through execution — including creative development, fabrication, logistics, installation, operations, and guest experience — delivering fully integrated experiential productions across the country.
We are a fast‑growing organization with an entrepreneurial culture centered around collaboration, innovation, operational rigor, and meaningful storytelling through place and moment.
Position Summary

The Scenic Fabrication Director leads the translation of immersive concepts into operationally executable scenic environments.
This role bridges creative vision with practical execution — transforming concept art, renderings, and experiential narratives into modular, durable, installable scenic systems optimized for fabrication, logistics, permitting, transportation, storage, multi‑market deployment, and long‑term reuse.
The Scenic Fabrication Director serves as both a creative‑technical leader and operational department head, responsible for guiding the evolution of Memoir’s scenic fabrication capabilities, team structure, production systems, execution standards, and field deployment methodologies across all experiential projects.
This role serves as a key cross‑functional leader between Creative, Production, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, and Field Installation teams, ensuring scenic environments maintain both artistic integrity and operational viability throughout their full lifecycle.
This role is instrumental in helping evolve Memoir’s fabrication capabilities into a true scenic fabrication department — integrating immersive storytelling, scenic finishing, engineered fabrication systems, and operational scalability into the company’s broader production ecosystem.
