Core Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and collaborate on engaging copy for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social platforms.
Paid Advertising:
Launch and manage optimized paid ads on platforms like Google Ads and Meta/Facebook.
Data Analytics:
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against established KPIs using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Optimization:
Continuously test and refine ad copies, landing pages, and user funnels to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics), CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), and marketing automation software.
Platform Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media management (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and email marketing.
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
