supporting five Bay Area properties: Residence Inn San Jose Airport – With Studio Suites, Kitchen & Pool; SpringHill Suites San Jose Airport – With Complimentary SJC Shuttle; Residence Inn San Francisco Airport Millbrae Station – All‑Suites; Homewood Suites by Hilton Sunnyvale – Silicon Valley; Courtyard San Jose Campbell – Near Pruneyard Plaza & VTA Light Rail. Qualifications
Previous hotel sales experience is preferred. However, if you are motivated, client‑focused, and eager to learn, we will provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Sales Responsibilities

Drive revenue through proactive sales efforts, including phone calls, email outreach, client appointments, site tours, networking events, and trade shows.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and event accounts to build trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

Prepare and deliver effective sales and marketing presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

Prioritize revenue‑generating activities as directed by the Director of Sales, with a focus on efficient time and account management.

Respond to all leads within 24 hours to maximize conversion opportunities.

Monitor production of assigned accounts, analyze market trends, and use brand/corporate tools to capture and shift market share.

Maintain awareness of the competitive set through STAR reports and other tools to help ensure the hotels achieve or exceed fair share.

Complete accurate weekly sales recaps and actively participate in sales meetings and special projects as assigned.

Partner with all hotel departments in a professional and positive manner to support a seamless experience for clients and guests.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients, colleagues, and leadership.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Professional and polished presentation, consistent with hotel grooming and dress standards.

Detail‑oriented, flexible, and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.

Commitment to exceptional service, consistently going above and beyond to support clients and guests.

Visible, engaged, and present during key events, client functions, and peak business periods as needed.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and reach as needed throughout the workday.

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., including collateral, displays, and event or sales materials.

Comfortable working in hotel environments where there may be occasional exposure to standard cleaning agents or chemicals used in operations.
