The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our U.S. Offshore and Latin America distribution team in Miami. The role offers excellent exposure to cross‑border sales, distribution strategy, and client engagement across the US Offshore Mutual Funds market. A successful candidate will have extensive client experience with a deep, strong track record in asset raising.

Key Responsibilities for this role

Drive asset growth by developing and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries in the US Offshore market with a particular emphasis on UCITs solutions

Cover key platforms such as Wirehouses, private banks, and independent broker dealers

Leverage an existing network of intermediaries and decision‑makers to promote the firm’s investment capabilities

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product updates

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned clients and territories

Support RFPs, due diligence requests, and onboarding processes in coordination with internal teams

Maintain a strong understanding of the firm’s products, market positioning, and competitive landscape

Represent the firm at relevant client events and industry conferences

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in sales or distribution within asset management or related financial services

Proven track record of raising assets through financial intermediaries in the US Offshore channel

Established relationships with key decision makers in Wirehouses and private banking platforms

Strong knowledge of offshore structures and international client needs

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English

Finra Series 7 and 63 licenses

Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability

Salary Range
The referenced salary range represents the pay scale on offer for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skills appropriate for the advertised position. Additionally, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, and benefits including health care, retirement and wellbeing benefits.
