What You’ll Do

Analyze and strategize on financing options for acquisitions and refinancings
Track existing debt positions to find refinancing opportunities
Negotiate financing terms and close transactions
Prepare materials to solicit bids from lenders
Build and maintain relationships with financing partners
What You Need

3+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related fields
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player who collaborates well with others
Attention to detail is a must
Highly motivated and diligent
