Student Campaign & Data Support Specialist

On the ASU Foundation's Sun Devil Giving department, the Student Campaign & Data Support Specialist manages campaign development and analyzes data to improve donor engagement.
Responsibilities

Assist with campaign intake and calendar management of solicitations.
Develop, review, and edit solicitation materials.
Pull data to create targeted audience lists and evaluate campaign ROI.
Interpret data, analyze results with statistical techniques, and provide ongoing insights to improve solicitation performance.
Evaluate solicitation channel effectiveness and prepare findings for the team.
Develop and manage campaign, vanity, and QR codes.
Support the Associate Director of Annual Giving Partnerships with process documents, intake forms, and internal guides.
Help create the Annual Giving Newsletter.
Create visualizations and reports for projects and inter‑departmental meetings.
Maintain and support data analytics platforms.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience with data analysis and report generation.
Attention to detail and thoroughness.
Highly organized, able to handle multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication in person, writing, and phone.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to design and implement processes.
Experience with test data, test plans, test cases, and validation.
Ability to develop and document complex workflows.
Team‑oriented collaborative style, also capable of independent work.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics desirable.
Prior use of Salesforce a plus.
Confidentiality with information related to ASU Foundation and prospective prospects.
Current undergraduate or graduate student at Arizona State University.
