Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Remote, but ideally in Illinois or close to a BMO office

Salary Range: $40-42/hr on W2

Introduction

The Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) Content Creator is accountable for supporting product experts in the development of internal and external product-related sales materials and product collateral used throughout all of TPS Commercial Bank (US & CAN). The individual will be assigned to intake items based on requests from Product management, often related to new product rollouts. Drawing from previous banking experience, ideally from a Treasury Management Sales role, the candidate will help recommend how to best position products in the market for the Sales Team. The role involves producing quality professional documents, such as benefit sheets, pitch slides, and Sales primers, to help promote BMO's TPS product suite. Additionally, the individual is responsible for obtaining legal/compliance approval and working with approved translation companies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of content development/sales content development experience
3-5 years of experience in Treasury sales/Treasury management products
3-5 years of experience in the banking & financial sector
Prior work experience in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

French language skills are a plus but not required
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support product experts in developing sales materials and product collateral
Recommend product positioning strategies for the Sales Team
Produce professional documents to promote the product suite
Ensure all documentation meets marketing and regulatory compliance standards
Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information
