Summary
The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences, cultivates relationships, and supports store performance by guiding clients across the brand and achieving sales goals. Reporting to store leadership, the role also assists with visual merchandising, inventory tasks, and team collaboration to uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide a personalized, high-quality client experience in line with brand standards.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
Drive sales and achieve key KPIs (ADT, UPT, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate) through effective selling and product knowledge.
Support visual merchandising, inventory preparation, follow-up on repairs and holds, and other operational tasks as needed.
Collaborate with the store team and leadership to ensure policy adherence and a positive work environment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or other client-focused experience acceptable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, client-centric approach, and professional presentation.
Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools; English required, additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
