Fort Myers Broadcasting Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Sales Support Specialist

to support our multiple radio properties in Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to grow within the media industry.

What You'll Do:

Enter, revise, and maintain radio advertising orders, including endorsements and talent fees
Distribute invoices, cash statements, and spot reports to Account Executives and clients
Reconcile billing discrepancies by comparing ordered vs. aired spots and processing adjustments
Pull and confirm insertion orders from local and national portals
Enter and manage makegoods as requested by Account Executives
Maintain accurate advertisers and agency profiles in sales systems
Scan, file, and organize signed insertion orders and sales documents
Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including BOB reports and talent fee reports
Collaborate with internal teams-including promotions, production, traffic, and programming-to ensure seamless campaign execution
Assist Account Executives with proposals, client communications, and scheduling
Provide general administrative and office support, including answering incoming calls
Learn and utilize radio sales systems and tools (WideOrbit experience a plus)
What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative support role
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers and phones
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
