Functions:

Responsibilities:

Toassistwiththeday-to-daystoreoperationandproductionperformancetomeetorexceedbudgetwhileincompliancewithcompanystandards,policiesandprocedures.AProduction LeadperformsthedutiesofasupervisorwhenassignedbytheStoreManagerorProduction Manager.ProductionLeadsmayactinasupervisorycapacityduringscheduledwork

hours.

1.

Toreachproductiongoalguidelines(minimumof110garmentsperhourwitha minimum quality standard of 90%).

2.

Toensureproperproductionofdonationsgetprocessedandreadytoputonthestore

floor.
3.

Toactasapositiverolemodelforemployeesandtraineesinallaspectsofprofessional

performance.
4.

Toproducedonatedgoodsinthebackroomadequately.Tocreateapositivepublic image of Goodwill through a cleanstore environment, attractive displays and presentable, personable personnel.
5.

Tomaintainsafeandappropriateconditions intheback-room

area.
6.

Tokeepthestorecleanandhazardfreebyvacuuming,moppinganddusting, (including cleaning thebathrooms.)
7.

Toobservepersonnelandsafetypoliciesandprocedures.Toensurecomplianceby

Production

Associates.
8.

Tobeableto perform the jobduties ofthe Production

Associates.
9.

Toattendworkontheregularlyscheduledshiftsasassignedbythemanagerforthe

week.
Skills and

Abilities:

1.

ToassisttheStoreManagerorProductionManagerinachieving/exceedingproduction goals both monthly and annuallyand to assist in implementing a contingency plan if goals are not being met.

2.

Mustbeabletointeractprofessionallyandproductivelywithadiverse arrayof

people.
3.

MustbeabletomarketGoodwillandexplainthemissiontothegeneral public.
4.

Mustestablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswith,andamong,storeand production personnel while motivating them to their best performance.
5.

Mustbeabletoworkaflexiblescheduleatshortnotice,includingnightsand weekends, and occasionally, longhours.
6.

Mustbeabletouserepetitivehandmovementwhenbuttoning,sorting,hangingand zipping garments.
7.

Mustbeabletoengageinprolongedstanding,walkingandinfrequentbending, stooping, and stretching.
8.

Mustbeabletofunctioninafast-pacedworkenvironmentwithoccasionalperiodsof high volume.
Requirements:

1.

HighSchooldiplomaorGEDand6monthssupervisoryexperienceoraminimumof 90 days in the service industry.

2.

Mustbeabletoread,writeandcommunicateclearlyin

English.
3.

Priorworkexperience intheserviceindustry

preferred.
4.

MustsuccessfullycompleteRetail

training.
Working Conditions:

Frequent

physical

exertion,

frequent

movement,

conditioned

indoor

temperatures

with

occasionalexposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate workschedule may include working at an attended donation center with no priornotice.
