Job Title: Account Manager – Immunology
Location: Long Beach, CA
Position Summary
Account Manager – Immunology is responsible for achieving or exceeding Galderma portfolio sales and executing strategic objectives across high‑valued customers within assigned segments, including dermatologists, pharmacies, integrated health networks and professional organizations. The role promotes Galderma’s prescription dermatology biologic and consumer product portfolio, leveraging advanced clinical, operational and financial selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge.
Promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitive market, including launching new products.
Execute Galderma’s integrated commercial selling strategies using contracting and access platforms, with market and industry insight.
Lead the development of cross‑functional account plans that deliver penetration, retention and growth for key accounts.
Analyze account/provider objectives to align market/patient access and field reimbursement functions to drive demand and meet business unit goals.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, proactively using business analytics and customer insights to anticipate needs and support solutions.
Oversee relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the area.
Execute customer engagement initiatives to strengthen strategic partnerships.
Serve as liaison and primary contact for assigned contacts in Galderma’s commercial speaker bureau.
Plan, organize and execute field‑based activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Five (5) or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
Two (2)+ years of pharmaceutical or dermatological/medical sales experience.
Previous account management experience.
Business‑to‑business sales experience.
Experience as a sales “generalist” across products or portfolios.
Strong track record of documented performance success.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to learn and convey technical, industry and product information professionally.
High integrity, motivation and sense of urgency.
Assertive selling skills and ability to differentiate products to increase utilization.
Collaborative with market, patient access and reimbursement functions.
Ownership of book of business and long‑term vision.
Results‑oriented and disciplined self‑starter comfortable with autonomy.
Strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
Relationship management and closing ability for diverse audiences.

Proficiency with complex sales data and call‑reporting software.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with sales reporting tools.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $120,000‑$160,000 USD, with performance‑based short‑term incentive program. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, hybrid work schedule and more.
