The RoleAssociate, Organisational Development (HR)
Job ResponsibilitiesSupport updates to Employee Portal content, including reviewing content mix and formats to improve engagementAssist with simple engagement activities and content updates using digital engagement toolsSupport the preparation of communication materials and engagement collateralsAssist in planning and coordinating mid to large-scale staff eventsHelp consolidate employee event data and feedback throughout the year for reporting purposes
RequirementsBackground or training in Human Resources, Communications, or related fieldsSome experience in internal communications/intranet, employee engagement.Comfortable working with data (e.g. Excel) and summarising insightsAble to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with the Organisational Development (OD) team
