Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) – AWS Global Sales
AWS Global Sales drives adoption of the AWS cloud worldwide, enabling customers of all sizes to innovate and expand in the cloud.
Responsibilities
Help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their transformation journey.
Design and rapidly execute strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and build modern, cloud‑native solutions.
Work backwards from customer objectives using AWS best practices and design end‑to‑end frictionless cloud adoption experiences.
Create and execute technical, operational, organizational, and educational program plans across IT, executive, and business teams.
Earn trust across customer organizations, identify strategic opportunities, uncover use cases, and establish actionable roadmaps.
Lead multidisciplinary teams including sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, product development, professional services, and partners.
Advocate for customers, streamline governance, and ensure execution excellence for the end‑to‑end cloud journey.
Use data‑driven decision making and effective communication to influence stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years leading large‑scale technical or engineering programs with proven thought leadership and business impact.
2+ years of customer‑facing work engaging with executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
Experience leading technical and non‑technical transformation project teams across broad functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification or SCRUM/Agile/SAFe certification.
Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.
