Continental Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Leasing Associate (Multisite) to join our team at our beautiful Authentix Suncoast and Authentix Spring Hill residential apartment communities in Brooksville, FL.
You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. Successful Leasing Associates demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping clients find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Manager of the property.
Position specifics:
Full-Time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives

Proven sales and customer service experience with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience
Ability to work a flexible scheduleincluding weekends, evenings, and holidays
Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feettouring the community, cleaning units, managing social media, and using standard office tools throughout the day
