About the Role
D&D Technologies is seeking a high-performing, results-driven
Territory Sales Manager
to aggressively grow revenue and market share across the Central South region. This is a true \"hunter\" role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive significant sales growth and market share across the territory
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling and lead generation
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across multiple industries
Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies
Target key accounts including:
OEMs
Fence contractors
Non-fence industry segments
Analyse sales data using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Power BI to identify growth opportunities
Deliver product training and presentations to customers and partners
Build strong networks through industry events, associations, and trade shows
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
Maintain accurate forecasting, expense, and reporting records
About You
You are a highly motivated sales professional who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You bring energy, resilience, and a passion for achieving outstanding results.
Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of proven success in sales (territory management experience preferred)
Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned to KPIs
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organised with strong analytical capability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); CRM experience advantageous
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
